Even before starting his career as a chef and then creating his own business Rob was captivated by food and the positive effect it can have on people. From family meals to friends gathering around the hot coals of the bbq, the smells, the chatter, the atmosphere was intoxicating and we hope to conjure this up for all our guests in one way or another. The passion for food has never faltered and we try to show this in everything we do.
As a company we try to support local businesses and charities wherever possible and aim to work closely with customers to provide a truly amazing experience from the start to finish.
We do this by cultivating a friendly work environment and paying our staff a living wage, building close relationships with suppliers and customers, using the freshest produce and working within everyone’s budget.
We try to use locally produced ingredients where possible and small producers with the same ethos as ours. We always try to reduce, reuse and recycle, hopefully shrinking our carbon footprint as a company.
